Position: Global Help desk Support

Must-Have Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional English, suitable for international project engagements
  • Demonstrated experience in help desk support, including ticket tracking using G-Base software (Mainframe) and the PEGA system
  • Solid background in technical support and issue resolution
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for both software and hardware-related concerns
  • Proficiency in documenting and managing support tickets effectively
  • Ability to assist end users with a wide range of technical issues

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in help desk support
  • Familiarity with G-Base software (Mainframe) and the PEGA system is highly desirable
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
