<p>Job Description :</p><p><br/></p><p> Curious about the role?<br/><br/> - Refactor and configure match rules, merge logic, and survivorship policies for golden record creation<br/><br/> - Implement and optimize data quality rules for cleansing, standardization, and validation<br/><br/> - Integrate Address Doctor and other DaaS services via Cloud Application Integration (CAI)<br/><br/> - Perform data profiling, deduplication, and enrichment activities<br/><br/> - Collaborate with data architects, stewards, and business stakeholders to align MDM with governance policies<br/><br/> - Conduct post-migration validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of master data<br/><br/> - Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-deployment stabilization<br/><br/> - Mentor junior Data Engineers and contribute to best practices and technical documentation<br/><br/>- As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for design and develop Business Entity models, hierarchies, and relationships in Informatica MDM SaaS<br/><br/>- Build and maintain data pipelines for batch and real-time integration with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake)<br/><br/>- Lead the migration of master data from Informatica MDM on-premises to Informatica MDM SaaS, ensuring data integrity, completeness, and continuity<br/><br/>What do we expect?<br/><br/> - 8+ years of technical experience in Master Data Management with 5+ years of specialized experience with Informatica MDM (On premises) and 3+ years in Informatica SaaS MDM or Informatica MDM modernization or cloud migration programs completed at least 2-3 full life cycle<br/><br/> - Expertise in Informatica MDM (Hub Console, IDD, BES, SIF APIs, Customization)<br/><br/> - Proven expertise in Informatica SaaS including Business Entity Services, Business 360 Console, Relationship 360, and Reference 360<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of Customer, Product, Supplier, Location, and Material domains.<br/><br/> - Demonstrated success in end-to-end MDM migrations from on-premises to SaaS, including data model refactoring, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and stewardship workflows<br/><br/> - Strong command of data quality frameworks, including rule design, profiling, cleansing, and enrichment using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)<br/><br/> - Experience integrating Cloud Application Integration (CAI) with external services like Address Doctor for real-time validation<br/><br/> - Proven track record in migrating on-prem MDM to SaaS, including :<br/><br/>1.
Designing migration playbooks/runbooks<br/><br/>2.
Automating entity model generation and metadata mapping<br/><br/>3.
Ensuring data integrity, security, and minimal downtime<br/><br/>4.
Source-to-target mapping<br/><br/>5.
Data profiling and cleansing<br/><br/>6.
Transformation logic and survivorship alignment<br/><br/>7.
Incremental and bulk load strategies<br/><br/> - Experience with zero-downtime cutover planning, rollback strategies, and parallel run validations<br/><br/> - Proficiency in SQL, Informatica - CDI/ CDQ/ CAI, and metadata management.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms - Azure and enterprise integration patterns<br/><br/> - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
